Mr. Fredericksen and Mr. De Gree are in charge of this Medieval Summer Camp. There are four kingdoms consisting of Jerusalem, Hungary, France and Scotland. Each day we get to school at 7:30 to get breakfast. When it is 8:00 we go to room 25 to check in and sing a song. After Mr. Fredericksen and Mr. De Gree shows us a video about the focus of the day, they speak about the importance of living your life according to good principles. Then we have our first session where we either go with one teacher or the other. With Mr. Fredericksen we do activities such as chain mail, soap carving, portrait drawings and calligraphy. With Mr. De Gree, we work on our kingdom websites or play with the medieval history cards. After that, we have kingdom klash, which is usually kick ball, hunger games, British bulldog, dodge ball, and wolves. Once we are finish we have our lunch, which lasts about 15 minutes. To wrap up the day, we will count up the points we have earned throughout that day, and then sing a song.
